Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. It was in a great location and loved the shuttle that would take you almost anywhere.
For the price I would have rather been in the main part of the hotel instead of the building not attached and you enter your room from the outside.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Did not care for the cont. breakfast.coffee and a few hard rolls was it.

Heating did not work and front desk staff was just unfriendly (Second Time) in the last three weeks.

The heating did not work and they seemed annoyed that I would raise the issue...TV also required a assist from the Maintenance fellow...(who certainly was nice enough) the hotel is just old and falling into disrepair. Travelers be warned....

Nothing, this hotel was disgusting.
Hotel was gross, had stains everywhere, and smelled. Was afraid to walk on the carpet or even sleep in the bed.

I'm severely disappointed with Priceline as they have this hotel rated at 3 stars. From the minute I walked into the hotel room, I knew this place was a dump. Stains covered the room in locations such as the bed, couch, floor, and walls. I didn't think it could get much worse and then I pulled back the blanket on the bed and was disgusted to see more stains. As a business traveler, I've seen lots of hotel rooms but this is absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. ...read more

I thought That the hotel common spaces were lovely.
I thought that the furniture coverings in the rooms and lobby were stained and could stand to be replaced.

I loved the staircases and the view of the brook from the restaurant.

Good location. Easy Check-in/out. Convenient parking. Friendly staff.
Very old and uncomfortable beds. Room smelled old/musty.

This is a good hotel for a quick overnight. Not suitable for multiple nights. Poor business traveler amenities. The room was suitable for 1975 not 2011.

Quaint - the setting of the hotel was wonderful - lots of trees and peaceful.
Rooms were too humid and stuffy - mattress needed replacement - outdated TV.

There was a roof.

The Priceline room was in the OLD section; the heat wasn't on; the room was small; the bed was "ok"... the towels were stiff, the bathroom small... reminded me of a "Dollar Motel" quality. VERY disappointed "I could have upgraded for $25/night"... That's a BS offer! Bait and Switch.
