The heating did not work and they seemed annoyed that I would raise the issue...TV also required a assist from the Maintenance fellow...(who certainly was nice enough) the hotel is just old and falling into disrepair. Travelers be warned....

I'm severely disappointed with Priceline as they have this hotel rated at 3 stars. From the minute I walked into the hotel room, I knew this place was a dump. Stains covered the room in locations such as the bed, couch, floor, and walls. I didn't think it could get much worse and then I pulled back the blanket on the bed and was disgusted to see more stains. As a business traveler, I've seen lots of hotel rooms but this is absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. ...

I loved the staircases and the view of the brook from the restaurant.

This is a good hotel for a quick overnight. Not suitable for multiple nights. Poor business traveler amenities. The room was suitable for 1975 not 2011.

The Priceline room was in the OLD section; the heat wasn't on; the room was small; the bed was "ok"... the towels were stiff, the bathroom small... reminded me of a "Dollar Motel" quality. VERY disappointed "I could have upgraded for $25/night"... That's a BS offer! Bait and Switch.
