Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ayres Hotel Anaheim

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The staff were so pleasant and helpful. The rooms very clean and the beds so comfortable. We will definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location for Disneyland. The included breakfast was hot, fresh and tasty. The rooms are huge and include a mini frig, microwave and bar sink. Having the bathroom sink separate from the toilet and tub was convenient for getting ready in the morning. The bathtub was oversized. I'm just sorry that I didn't have time for a nice soak! The ART (Anaheim Resort Transit?) stopped right at the hotel and quickly and cheaply got us to and from Disneyland each day. This hotel is a little isolated from eateries if you don't have a car or you just don't want to drive, try the micro brewery across the street. Great menu and a full bar. Expect a lot more then just the standard deep fried pub grub. ...read more

Great location to walk into the Angels game.
We were not told we were being given a handicap room. The hand held shower was very awkward to use.

Location was why we chose this hotel. The breakfast was a wonderful surprise. Best ever hotel breakfast we have ever had. Room was spacious but a little noisy since the elevators were just across the hall.

The feel of the hotel was warm, inviting, and more like a family home and not like a corporate feeling as so many chain hotels feel like.

Very nice & spacious room
Suspect that eggs in the breakfast buffet were bad and got me sick.

They should have very comfortable beds and for sure no bed bugs !!! The shuttle bus helps to go to Disneyland and the cost is little. The cookie they gave us at 5:00 pm are sure addictive, super yummy!! The breakfast line can be very long from 8:00 am.

Great hotel, clean and not a lot of noise since it is away from the park. Parking can be a challenge if there is a game on Honda Center. Breakfast line up can be very long from 8:00 am so be there as early as 7:00 am will get you plenty of yummy food. Very happy with the hotel !

In a room with a king sized bed there was only one bedside table and lamp. We had to rearrange the room on order to remedy this.

The rooms were very nice and the hot breakfast every morning was very good.
It was a bit time consuming to take the ART bus to and from the convention center--you have to take a bus to Disneyland and then connect to another bus for the hotel.

The hotel is very nice. My room was very quiet, luxurious, and spacious. They have a chef cooked breakfast every morning, with eggs, pancakes, bacon or sausage, adn potatoes, as well as yoghurt, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee. The ocation is not great for the convention center, though if you;re going to Disneyland, it's only a 15 minute bus ride away. Buses run every 30 minutes. If you don;t have a car, there are not many restaurants nearby. Thye have a shuttle which can take you to some nearby locations. ...read more

The room we ended up with was lovely and Allesandra at the front desk was professional and polite. She is an asset to the hotel and is the reason we'd return.
Bryn at the front desk was rude. She gave us a room that had a bed and a chair, fine for one adult but I had 2 teenage girls with me. She said that sine I reserved through Price line, I got the leftovers, even though we were there on time.

Clean and quiet... just close enough to Disneyland. Great pool and fitness room. Great free breakfast too!

Room cleaning was good, nice hotel
Breakfast was not excellent

We stayed for 5 days and we enjoyed there. Yet breakfast was not excellent, it was clean and nice hotel. One out of two total laundry machines was out of order but definitely not a big deal. Good price good quality.
