Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ayres Hotel Chino Hills
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.February 10, 2013

It was a little hard to find the entrance when we arrived in the dark. The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly, helpful, and responded quickly. Elevators were really cold.

The rooms do have coffee makers, fridges, and microwaves, which was nice. There are several nearby shops and restaurants which was convenient. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The location makes it easy to access nearby theme parks and attractions. Overall the hotel was fairly clean, but I have very high standards for cleanliness so for most others the hotel may seem very clean. I would stay here again, especially if they became a pet friendly hotel. ...

Ayres hotels don't disappoint. My only beef was it was difficult to actually find the place and I was given a disabled room so the shower was challenging in the morning.

The hotel offers a lot of value for the money, with 2 good restaurants within blocks of the facility.

This is a decent and clean hotel, but I would not stay here again due to the disgusting smell in the area and due to having my credit card over charged.
