Room was very nice, staff was very helpful, and location was perfect.

Located at the Moreno Valley Mall, the hotel is seconds away from shopping and entertainment. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very helpful.

I was given room 401. It was very large with a king bed, a large space, a flat screen tv, a microwave, fridge, and a couch. The shower had a nice round shaped tube that was super relaxing and spacious. The free bfast is very good. Includes omelette bar.
The gym has free weights and a cardio machine or two but is quite small.

Very clean, nice staff, very nice free breakfast, and very close to restaurants, gas stations, and the mall is across the street. Highly recommend this hotel.

Ayre's are one of the better hotels in this price range
I feel that PR customers are being treated as "second class" citizens... recently they're assigning me a HANDICAP room.... noisy near the elevator engines and FUNKY shower...they say it 'comes through' that way... I don't think that's true...is it??

Nice hotel except for the issue above

This is a great hotel for a family traveling. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room and a nice little sitting area with a pull out sofa. The room was very big and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, they had a full omelet bar!
The bed could have been a bit firmer but not bad really. The TV was a bit far from the bed but was fine if you were sitting on the sofa. The cushions out by the pool probably need replacing soon, I am actually being picky since this was actually so nice

Really nice hotel, I had to be very picky to find any negatives and they could easily be overlooked. The staff was very nice and friendly, the breakfast was amazing and they even had a little bar b que the night before that we could enjoy for $5/person and it was very good. The pool area was nice although not fancy so if you are looking for a fancy pool setting go somewhere else. Costco is just across the parking lot and there is a mall close by. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Our air conditioner did seem to run most of the night and was a bit loud. It was great to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room though. Great place especially if traveling with children. Also another plus the wi-fi was free. ...read more

Everything was great! The ONLY drawback at check in was Michael (I'm pretty sure was his name) was very arrogant and condescending towards me but I got over it for the most part. He implied I was somehow going to damage my room. Very snippy attitude! No home training I guess.
