Clean. Friendly and very helpful receptionist. Very economical.
The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I was able to leave my luggages for eleven hours after my check-out for free and even use my wireless Internet at the hotel upon coming back to the hotel. Very basic but it is a clean place. Very close to the actual departure spot of Termini station to the airport that it is very convenient location. This is not a place to be romantic but if you want to have a budget stay at Rome, I highly recommend this place. It's better to bring cash since their machine didn't work and couldn't pay the hotel fee with my credit card.
