Hotel Guest Reviews of the B&b Hotel Firenze Nuovo Palazzo Di Giustizia
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 4, 2012

The hotel was very easy to get to with great access to the local bus routes taking you directly into the heart of Florence. The staff made all the difference in our experience, they were great and very resourceful.

Good Budget oriented hotel with good price breakfast and free wi fi which you hardly find in big hotel Chain.

A great deal for the money - compact, but tasteful rooms with a comfortable bed and parking included. Would stay again.

The hotel staff are not friendly at all. They feel being bothered at any of your questions. Basically, they want you to come here, sign up and get the code for your room and disappear, and never bother them again for anything during your stay. We did not get any small (wash) towels. There was one liquid soap dispenser fixed to the shower stall wall; other than that, no toiletry (shampoo, soap, tissue paper); bring your own. The shower stall is 2 feet by 3 feet; they want it get cleaned by your body as you shower (smile). I am a short person, and wonder how a 6-foot guy can take shower in this. There is no stand to put your luggage on. You put your luggage down on the floor and stoop down to use. There are no shelves or cabinets to put your stuff either; not even in the nightstand. NO desk either. Just a bare bone place to spend a night. ...

bus ride to Florence sights.
The only access to hotel via Florence SNM is via 22 bus line. Although it runs frequently every it is too far to walk to any of the major sightseeing points. Other than that hotel was simple, clean with working airconditioning.

Hotel met my needs as a tourist. Not fancy but a good place to recuperate after long days of sight seeing.
