Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ballys Las Vegas
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 20, 2013

The check in line was pretty ridiculous but at least they were quick. Dennis, the guy who checked me in was nice and even though I did not opt for an upgrade to the recently renovated north tower he upgraded me anyway in the south tower which included a king bed a huge bathroom. My daughter loved it and my husband enjoyed playing with the bidet. Kids. It was of course dated since they did not renovate it as of yet. The layout was a little weird. The entrance and lobby are right off the casino. Which I noticed is a common layout for most hotels on the strip. It was difficult to find the pool. FYI it's in the lower level... Far from any of the rooms but closest to the north tower. It's near the monorail in this hotel. I guess I'm saying its difficult to navigate. The casino was not as good as I hoped. Gamblers...the machines are pretty tight here and the variety of old and new games aren't as good as some of the other hotel casinos. But if you like table games you're set. ...

The location is great bit the room needs a major renovation. All the things in the room are very old. The bad smell coming out of the bathroom is really bad. For the price I paid, I could get a better clean room. Major renovation is suggested.

Stayed at Bally's for a recent work conference. This hotel is right on the strip. Great location. I crossed the street every day on my visit to find food and to do some shopping at the Miracle Mile shops at Planet Hollywood. Bally's does not have such great shopping. My first day there I was famished and looked everywhere for food. I found a map claiming to have a few restaurants in the lower level. I ventured all the way down only to find out that they were "coming soon". Very frustrating. However, Paris is connected to Bally's and I was able to find a few cute, affordable dineries there. Hotel room was actually really nice and the view wasn't too bad either. I will probably book a stay here for fun with my family in the future. ...
