Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ballys Las Vegas
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(20) | Solo Traveler(20) | Traveling as Couple(65) | Family with Young Children(9) | Family with Teens(6) | Senior Traveler(2) | Group Traveler(20)

Was told at check in they only had smoking rooms left.
Like all top end hotels one must pay for wifi which is a shame.
Look for a hotel with free wifi in the same category and go there.

It was value for money. The rooms rate was reasonable and yet near the strip.
The hotdog sold at the sandwich shop at the south wing can improve their hot dog by heating the roll prior to being sold. The staff at the sandwich shop can learn from the staff at the check in counter by being more sincere in their service.
The hotel rate was reasonable and the locations was great. There was no hidden charges and the parking was free.

Location was central to our trip and it was perfect.
No coffee maker.
It's an older hotel and you feel it in the room and lack of amenities. It's hard to imagine not having a coffee maker and wi fi in a basic room. We were celebrating my nephew's 21st birthday. So it served our purposes well. Central location, inexpensive, bed was great to crash on at the end of the day or beginning!

I love Bally's, great location, great staff, nice atmosphere, easy parking, clean, no smoky smell in rooms, classy and friendly.
Could use some new lounge chairs by pool.

Actually the fact that I was left alone by the hotel staff most of the time was nicer than them trying to help.
The beds and the attitude of the staff. My questions were an inconvenience to them.
I would not recommend Ballys and will try to avoid going back in the future.
