Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ballys Las Vegas
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 20, 2013

Rooms were big , not cleaned very well, hot dog found on window cell from the last person. Charged a resort fee, and then charged to use safe.Bought a 24 hr buffet pass that was supposed to be good for 5 locations, went to Ceasers for dinner with it and was charged and extra $25. To eat there. There club card gave us $30. After gambling there for 6 days spending more money than I have ever spent. There rewards cards are a joke. Went to the Wynn after gambling there for 2 hours we received a free buffet worth $30, same amount as we got at Balleys after 6 days. I was not impressed with Vegas , nicke and diming you to death, they should put all fees in the cost of the ro so you know what your paying up front. Will not return for a long time ...

The room view (25th floor in the North Tower) was terrible. Compared to the views of the strips, this view overlooking a parking lot and the backside of another building was downright depressing. The windows were wall-to-wall so that was an ameliorating factor. Other than that this hotel is nothing to write home about.

Great location smack in the center of the strip. If you dont spend much time in your room the value for money is good I guess.

Hidden costs sure add up. Be prepared to spend extra $50 a night on charges for resort fees, Internet & a safe in your room.
