Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ballys Las Vegas

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Good location
They charge extra for everything, even after paying a resort fee

Rooms were big , not cleaned very well, hot dog found on window cell from the last person. Charged a resort fee, and then charged to use safe.Bought a 24 hr buffet pass that was supposed to be good for 5 locations, went to Ceasers for dinner with it and was charged and extra $25. To eat there. There club card gave us $30. After gambling there for 6 days spending more money than I have ever spent. There rewards cards are a joke. Went to the Wynn after gambling there for 2 hours we received a free buffet worth $30, same amount as we got at Balleys after 6 days. I was not impressed with Vegas , nicke and diming you to death, they should put all fees in the cost of the ro so you know what your paying up front. Will not return for a long time ...read more

The receptionist was horrible.
When I got the key, went up to the hotel. The receptionist did not scan the key. Went back downstairs, they scan the key. Went back to the hotel, turn out that the room was not vacant. There was a couple living in there. My worst experience.

Should definitely check the room if is vacant or not. I was very disappoint.

Location was about the only thing that was above the ordinary about this hotel
Switched rooms 4 times between midnight and 130 am because of noise issues and keys not opening doors. But we got a free upgrade because the problems.

Get rid of the rooms next to the elevator shafts. Thy ey are worthless and super loud.

Good Location. Room was clean and comfortable. Bell staff were helpful on checkout.
There was not a reasonably priced restaurant open after 2:00pm for supper.

The location is central to the strip and the bathrooms seemed to have been improved recently in the North Tower.
But the carpet seemed dirty and I found a hair in the sheets which was not mine or my husband's. The hotel lobby is crowded and the casino through which you have to walk to get to the rooms is like a fish market.

The room view (25th floor in the North Tower) was terrible. Compared to the views of the strips, this view overlooking a parking lot and the backside of another building was downright depressing. The windows were wall-to-wall so that was an ameliorating factor. Other than that this hotel is nothing to write home about.

The location is fantastic. The final room Was very nice, for a little more money than we booked by internet. We had a wonderful time, and next time I will use priceline again

Great view over Paris hotel pool. The North tower is just old and kind of drab but they wanted $30 more to 'upgrade'.
Resort fees and general drabness of the furnishings. Even the staff looked old and worn out!

Great location smack in the center of the strip. If you dont spend much time in your room the value for money is good I guess.

The location of the hotel on the strip is excellent
The hotel needs remodelling, it is out of date , even in the renovated section.

Hidden costs sure add up. Be prepared to spend extra $50 a night on charges for resort fees, Internet & a safe in your room.
