Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ballys Las Vegas

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I stayed at Bally's for a work conference which was held in the Paris. More reasonable in price and hotel was not far from conference area in the Paris. I was given a very decent room with a decent view. I would defintely recommend to others!
Smoky entrace and the line to check in/out was long! Had to wait a good 15-20 minutes to check in and this was around noon. Happened to lock myself out of my room and had to wait in that same line to get new keys. It took forever!

Stayed at Bally's for a recent work conference. This hotel is right on the strip. Great location. I crossed the street every day on my visit to find food and to do some shopping at the Miracle Mile shops at Planet Hollywood. Bally's does not have such great shopping. My first day there I was famished and looked everywhere for food. I found a map claiming to have a few restaurants in the lower level. I ventured all the way down only to find out that they were "coming soon". Very frustrating. However, Paris is connected to Bally's and I was able to find a few cute, affordable dineries there. Hotel room was actually really nice and the view wasn't too bad either. I will probably book a stay here for fun with my family in the future. ...read more

The girl at the front desk was wonderful. I liked the location of the hotel and ease of getting to the LV Convention Center.
The carpets in the room need to be cleaned. Very large stains were throughout the room.

This was a great hotel for the price. It was easy to get to the Las Vegas Convention Center but a little trickier to get to the Sands Convention Center. I liked that it was connected to the Paris and you could walk into the other hotel and casino without leaving the building. Good entertainment at the Paris. Would stay there again!

It was cheaper than Paris but connected to it which made walking between different casinos much easier and opened up restaurant and bar options.

I disliked the smokey smell! This was the only hotel on the strip that had smoke so thick I couldn't breathe! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of that reason.

Location
The hotel charged a mandatory $15 for internet and gym irrespective of my using it or not.

The staff were helpful but the room was dated and could use a facelift. The view was great.
There was a great deal of street noise which could be heard all night long. The shower was a bit weak and the beds could have been from Motel 6. The parking garage is too far from check in and isn't the easiest to navigate.

so - so. I am unsure if I would stay there again.

The location of this hotel is ideal for almost anything you want to do in Vegas. Center strip next to some of the newer properties as well as your own monorail station. For the price, you cannot beat this. Less cigarette smoke than I remember in most ca
Too many mirrors in the bathroom. They made me look like I had gained weight...certainly that could not be the case???

A very centrally located hotel that is very good on the wallet. We would definitely stay there again.

The location was good.
The front desk staff messed up our account and were very sarcastic about compensating us for our trouble.

Choose a different hotel - account messups, sarcastic staff, outdated rooms and dusty, NO amenities without chargIng you thru the nose. Even the gym charged $22 a day per person! Not even a coffee pot in the room!

Great location for CES.
Was given a handicap room where the shower head was 5 feet off the ground, a little tough for a 6 foot tall person to shower.

Great location! I have stayed here many times before so I knew what I was going to get. Older property in need of a remodel but it has everything you could ask for within walking distance. Also, being connected to Paris is a big plus. I would recommend the hotel for someone who wants a great location and not looking for 5 star rooms.
