Banff International Hotel

We like this hotel, will come again.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

I'd give the hotel a definite 7/10 and YES I would stay there again, good front end staff and as well in the restaurant(Ricky's All Day Grill), great food with big portions!! :)

The rooms are lacking in amenities and the decor is dated and worn. There is no air conditioning in the rooms which is an issue if visiting in the summer months.

Overall, the hotel location is great, in the center of Banff. But there is no air conditioning. With the sunset for a long afternoon, it could be 80s in the room, making not uncomfortable. It's not worth the price at all.

Loved this hotel and was surprised to see we had a suite when we checked in. The staff was wonderful. The amenities in the room were top-notch. Unfortunately, we arrived on one of the hottest days of the year and were disappointed to have no AC, but we survived with one window open and a large ceiling fan. We'll definitely be back!

Location was good. Room was clean. But the bathroom was far too small. Plus the sink and bathtub must have been clogged because they would fill up with water immediately. We constantly had to wait for them to drain to use them. Wireless Internet in our room did not work. We called the front desk and followed their instructions. Still was never able to connect to the hotel server. We brought along our laptop for nothing. On the morning that we were to depart, we asked for 2 wake-up calls. We never received any calls that morning. We ended up sleeping in late and began our drive home much later than we wanted. We were not impressed.
