The staff at hotel was wonderful. Any question we had they were able to answer.
The hotel was great.
The hotel is about 25 minutes from downtown by taxi. But taxi are readily available in front of the hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was attentive.

Quiet, location, business essentials, comfort quality, clean, good service by staff.
Restaurant food was high.
Hotel was pleasant surprise in Cuernavaca, great location across the street from famous Sanborn's restaurant and shopping center with beautiful gardens, bookstore and old colonial architecture. Also short distance of 3 blocks from office depot for office/business needs, wireless in room free, heated pools (2) in beautiful garden settings, and restaurant and room service 24 hrs. Staff offered good efficient and timely service. ...
