ONLY it's location & staff! The accommodations, condition of the room, maintenance issues, plumbing, condition of the beds, furniture, vlenliness of the bathrooms...is THE WORST I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN FOURTY YEARS OF BUSINESS TRAVEL! Especially xxxx da

I will NEVER recommend this hotel to ANYONE!!! Especially at
xxx PER DAY!!!!! They are a total rip-off and should be lowered to a ONE-STAR RATING!!!! I have traveled the world for fourty years in business and I have NEVER had a shower head spray all-over the bathroom...then...fall-off while trying to prepare for a business meeting. Spiders on the bathroom walls next to the mirrors, dresser drawers that are falling apart...shower drain plugged...etc...etc. I would immediately terminate the on sight manager...WITHOUT QUESTION! "José", the manager, seems more concerned about wearing his jewelry and acting like a dictator to his staff than actually running an efficiently maintained property! I AM LEAVING THIS HOTEL TODAY AND SECURING ANOTHER HOTEL WITHOUT THE SERVICES OF PRICELINE!!!!!!!!!!!! IF THIS IS HOW LOUSY PRICELINE "PROTECTS" IT'S CUSTONERS FROM BULLSHIT LIKE THIS, I WILL NOT ONLY STOP USING PRICELINE, BUT WILL ALSO POST THIS ISSUE THROUGHOUT MY GLOBAL SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS. 5,000 on Facebook alone!!!!! ...read more

\I guess the price. We have stayed there before thru priceline and yes, it was the price.
As usual the food. The breakfast is usually partial leftovers from the night before. As far as the dinner buffet ...Always luke warm food and the food quality is not very good. It drys out from the serving trays it is in.

The hotel is nice in appearance and very neat and clean. The rooms are nice and clean.

The staff was great, the food was excellent, the room was fantastic! Perhaps the best experience I had staying at a hotel! Only wish I could have stayed longer!

A quality establishment. The buffet meals are a must. Everything you would want in one location! The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The only negative part is having to leave!

Excellent staff and GREAT breakfast!

It's about 10min away from downtown San Jose, but cabs are only about $10. Also, they offer amazing tours.

loved the included wonderful very complete breakfast buffet, complete with champagne and everything else under the sun, a beautiful view into the heart of San Jose and lovely setting.
Bathrooms are dated

For the very brief moment I was there, and for the price, everything was nice and plenty adequate.

hotel is convinient to the tourist
some of the services like telephone not working in the room( out going)

Hotel is nice. phone service ( out going was not working) cooler did not opened after our request . Otherwise it is good hotel.Thanks.
