Great location for getting to SFO airport. Staff were all very nice...especially the shuttle drivers.
A bit noisy if you have a ground floor room beside the parking lot. Other than that nothing wrong.

Very good value for our money. Nice continental breakfast. Free wi- fi. Printer for printing boarding cards. Friendly staff. Very clean. A couple of good restaurants very near by.

Great Location, beautiful walking path by bay, restaurants within walking distance, free internet, free shuttle, awesome complimentary breakfast

Located next to BART station - easy to get into downtown San Fran from there

Came in very late and front staff was a little rude to us.

i love the location,everything is superb..its like home away from home..the only thing i didn't like and i think Bay Landing should work on are the tube tv..get rid of it please..

i'm from reno nv, been to different hotel in san francisco,Bay landing is the perfect hotel for me.rate,location,cleanliness,ocean view,and the free breakfast/parking is definitely awesome..highly recommended to family and friends..

great breakfast, great staff, super clean, free parking, restaurants close (walking distance), quiet night (I am a light sleeper). Just didn't like the bed too much...

The best thing about the hotel was how quiet it was, even though it was 5 minutes away from San Francisco Airport. The breakfast was very good as well. We were able to take a shuttle which made our early arrival at the airport effortless.
I would suggest having a variety of types of pillows in the room. The ones provided were hard and made it difficult for one of our party to sleep. I would bring my own next time.

The breakfast was very filling and the dining room was quite comfortable. If the weather had permitted, the outside patio was beautiful.

Close to airport, nice breakfast and view of the bay.

We selected this hotel because, we needed something close to the airport for our late arrival, and everything else was booked out due to conventions. The actual hotel was nicer than we imagined, and directly on the bay. The room was nice as well, and the breakfast a notch above average.

Great location, nice and clean hotel with modern amenities, nice view of the bay from the room and
nice complimentary breakfast.

It was beyond my expectation. So close to the bay, hotel is nicely decorated. Very nice complimentary breakfast. The airport shuttle was very convenient. The driver was very nice too. Took us about 5mins to get to the airport. Overall our stay was very comfortable and would highly recommend this place.
