Fairly modern.
Old TV and no king size bed rooms on ground floor.
Nice comfortable hotel. Rooms face outdoors. Stairway (no elevator) poorly located.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
Tha door knobs need replacing, they are getting old and loose.
Clean for an older motel. Staff was great. Breakfast was poor. Great coffee though. We had a smoking room and the comforter had cigarette holes in it. We don't smoke, we got the room because the door handle on the first room was about to fall off, and the lady at the desk gave us another room. The room did not smell like smoke. We would not have a problem staying there again.
