Beautiful views. Friendly staff. Pleasant breakfast.
Fitness room is very basic. Just a couple of treadmills. Freeway noise is loud on one side of the hotel (the side my room was on). But it didn't interfere with my sleeping, since it's a constant noise--I guess sort of like ocean waves or something.

All in all the hotel worked out very nicely for me. I was there weekend mornings and I found a nearby area for simple little runs.

Hallways were a little shabby.

daily housekeeping was lacking - only replaced towels, no vacuuming, bath cleaning, bench wipe etc, otherwise hotel was good

Price for the room was great. Excellent breakfast setup. Customer service was very helpful every time we needed anything and they were very helpful and courteous.
Our room had been converted to an "accessible" room. Shower head was installed so low that if pointed up only hit my 6ft 2in husbands chest. Shower curtain and water-containment-lip didn't work to keep water in. Annoyance, no hand towel rack where useful.

We had a wonderful and long stay here, about ten days. The staff was professional and helpful and extremely accommodating. Room was always clean and fresh. Well appointed and quiet, even during a large wedding party. A great experience. STAY HERE!
The gym equipment is servicable but could use an update. We just went to the local Naval base to work out. It was only ten minutes away.

This hotel is a little jewel. In the area there are several small hotels so you are limited in choice. In all honesty you could pay a lot more and get a lot less. It was conveniently located to the freeway. Easy to get to Bremerton and Naval Station Kitsap. It was safe, well lit, quiet, clean and comfortable. I sent a question to the general email box prior to my arrival and was contacted by the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful stay. The beds were clean and very comfortable as both my husband and I have back issues, this was truly a happy surprise. Given your choices in the area, this hotel should be rated significantly higher. It was quite a drive from the dock.

The breakfast was pretty good.
There was a funny smell like mildew in the room, the bathroom did not seem very clean. Ok for the price I guess.

This hotel has been updated very nicely. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a little noise from the highway but it goes away when the drapes are pulled.
The wireless internet works in the lobby area but not the rooms. However, there is ethernet wire connections in the rooms which requires a cable. They will furnish the cable for free but they should inform guests at check-in.

This hotel appears to be already setup for a restaurant/lounge with a nice view. I asked the front desk and was told it wasn't open for financial reasons, or in other words it hadn't been successful. It looks to me like the right entrepreneur could make it work which would help fill up the rooms!

great b-fast and they start if at 5am.
room had been vacant for a while and was very cold..took over an hour for the heater to make it comfortable
