Quiet place, good for someone if they needed to stay, if they had someone in the hospital

Friendly and very nice employees, clean rooms, nice locations.

The hotel is not up to its star rating. They put exactly two towels and two wash cloths in the room. The room smelled bad and the maids had to open all the doors and windows on the floor to try and air it out. Location is good, but the staff is pretty unresponsive to requests. Saturday morning about 60 kids with oversize suitcases blocked out the breakfast area and management did nothing to help clear the area. ...read more

This is a clean, value driven hotel with comfortable rooms and minimal amenities.

Staff was polite and accommodating. Bed was very large and bedding quite comfortable. Also very quiet, like I was the only guest on my floor.

Breakfast could use some improvement in taste, accessibility, seating, and staff to help during high volume time periods. Our carpet looked and felt dingy. The air conditioner was loud and the curtains hung over the blower. Shower had mildew in an easy to clean place. Would be nice if they equipped the room with 4 towels instead of 3 since we had a reservation for that many. Morning desk attendant was pleasant but the check in lady had a grumpy disposition. Cost was not what was expected, was charged a safe charge that I did not use or ask for! Breakfast was already gone by the time we arrived to the dining area (9:00am) and there was no one refilling the food items. Used the exercise room, the buttons on the equipment I wanted to use were missing, with wires exposed. Could be a safety hazard. There was a TV in the room but no remote control. The smoking rooms were too close to the non smoking rooms, every time we left the room it smelled like a smoked filled bar room in the hall way. ...read more

I was disappointed that you have placed it as high as the Hampton and Fairfield inn.

I was surprised by how clean and pleasantly decorated, this hotel is!
They have a microwave & fridge in the room (huge plus when traveling for extended days with children!), and they have a free
hot breakfast with excellent food! They were also able to provide us with a pack n'play for our 3 month old baby, and housekeeping was excellent! We were always greeted with a sweet clean smell when we'd enter our room after having been gone all day. When I asked the front desk if they had a washer/dryer available, she immediately asked me, if I'd like a room on the floor where the washer/dryer were. The only thing I didn't care for was that our room with two beds had two "full size" beds instead of queen size beds. But, this was completely overshadowed by the rest of our great stay! ...read more
