Family Traveling with Teens
We arrived at our hotel and as we walked in the lobby it smelled like moth balls. We checked in got our luggage and headed to our rooms. We had 2 rooms and upon checking the first one we noticed there was a dirty pillow case. We checked the second and there was a dirty one in there as well. We called the front desk and the lady that was working came down and changed them out herself. Later we realized there were very dingy wash clothes that we refused to use, the mirror in the bathroom had not been cleaned and neither had the outside of the tub. This was the nastiest hotel that I ever stayed at and would never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone else, I did inform the lady(Latoya)of that. Hampton Inn was located across the street if we would have known it was there prior to our reservations at Baymont Inn we would have booked our room over there.The lobby area was clean just smelled like moth balls and the eating area was clean as well ...

The price was no deal. I paid $58 (this price was suggested by you after I had tried lower prices)and their regular rate was $56 + tax. The breakfast was out number of items. There was no decent restaurant nearby.

Lock mechanism on exterior door opening to parking lot was broken; very poor security. WiFi in room could not be accessed. Printer hooked to public computer in lobby would not work; no one on staff was available to rectify the connection problem. Continental breakfast was poor; very little choice available. Staff members were friendly enough, but were poorly trained.
