Family Traveling with Young Children
The fitness room was sad, need a better treadmill and more exercise equipment. Had 2 items and we workout so I was disappointed with it. Breakfast was not good, went out to eat instead. Had to pay to have a safe in room that I didn't even use.

My only significant disappointment was that there was a lot of noise in the hallways on Friday night which lasted well past midnight. The layout of the hotel is open, so I know that the desk clerk(s) had to be aware of the commotion, but nothing was done about it.

exercise room had broken treadmill and extremely loud elliptical with no TV. no other equipment available. No antiseptic provided to wipe down equipment. very poor set up. Our room had no coffeemaker and was very small. inroom refrigerator dripped water and wasn't very cold. hot tub was tepid with poor whirlpool jets. laundry room was across hall and extremely loud, sounded like jet engine was taking off when washing machine was running. hskpg ran washing machine with door open! beds were comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. ...

Everything I expected, but I thought the breakfast was lacking especially considering the price. It was super bowl weekend, but if they double or triple the price they should elevate whatever they can.

Poor customer service - Refused to accommodate my late check-out request even though there were only 2 other guests in the hotel. I have paid less for better on Priceline.
