Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. horrible location off highway and very difficult to get into... no direct road into the place and very poor signage to find how to get there!

they need better signage to find how to get to the hotel... and repair the roads that we did find!

The sheets were dirty, room could have been much cleaner! We had to sleep on top of the covers! :(
We've stayed at this hotel several times, however, it was our last time! The maid who cleaned our room needs to pick another profession!

I appreciate that it was close to downtown and close to family. Also enjoyed the free wifi in our room and television and channels. Bed was comfortable
no microwave or fridge in our room. storm windows outside were damaged, walls were thin, so heard doors opening and closing during the nights. finding the hotel was awkward because it behind other closed businesses

not far from the outlet mall, got breakfast was good and plentiful
hard to find, woman at front desk was hard to understand, outdated room decor, couldn't use wifi

First off, this hotel is do hard to find and I had the hardest time getting directions from the front desk lady. This hotel is exactly what you think a 2 star hotel is. I chose this hotel for my group of 5 because of the 2 beds and let out couch. Our first room was decent. we didn't have very high expectations, but we soon realized that our toilet didn't flush and our room phone was broken also. The lady st the front desk didn't understand English very well, so she had a very hard time understanding what was going on in the room. She soon promised that someone will be up to fix everything in 30 minutes, but after a hour of waiting. we decided to search for food. When we returned, we were informed that we needed to switch rooms. this was fine. The hot breakfast in the morning was good and the hotel is in close proximity to the outlet mall and various fast food places and restauranta.d. There is also a movie theater near. Overall, my experience was nice and I might return if I need to. ...read more

It was clean and quiet. Location was far away from the road don't hear any traffic.
The maids did not clean the room the next day.

It was great for the price.

Nothing
It was dirty and out dated. Not worth half the price we paid. Bad location.

This hotel was disgusting! I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. It was dirty, out dated and in a bad location. The breakfast looked so gross, we paid to eat somewhere else. The front desk clerk had her children there running around the lobby while she worked. I will never stay there again, even if it were free!

Room was clean and transactions with staff good.
Hotel is in poor location surrounded by vacant nd derelict properties.

Hotel was clean and well maintained but very dated, decor from the 80's.

decent food
The beds were hard, restrooms were not maintained well. Appearance was okay, not worth 89$

We Checked in at the hotel at 1 am and stayed only for a night. The pillows and beds were hard. The restroom lavatory flush was loose and did not flush well. The bedspreads had an old look. The telephone was not working too. Each time We had to go down to talk to room service. Good things about the hotel are decent breakfast, Free wifi and helpful staff.
