Location, cleanliness, free breakfast, willingness to permit cruise parking, and upscale finish out make this a can't miss.
Proximity to other hotels which were a little loud until about midnight. Nothing too bad.

I read other's reviews regarding things like it being very loud and in need of paint and such, but honesty I found none of this to be true. The place was finished out beautifuly...marble window seals in the cafe...and in no need of paint. I traveled with grown children, and in laws from Norway (where cleanliness is of utmost importance)all were equally impressed....four rooms don't lie. Clean, friendly staff and
close to beach.
It smelled strongly of cleaning solution.

It was very clean, however, the smell of cleaning solutions was overpowering. We were on the 2nd floor, and the smell wasn't as strong in our room as it was in the lobby and 1st floor. The staff was very friendly and called our room after we'd been there for about 15 minutes to make sure everything was satisfactory.

The hotel was a block from the beach.
The pool was small. The pool and hot tub did not have proper amount of chemical.

The room is small, but has a nice balcony, microwave and fridge. The staff was not friendly, the breakfast was had cute Texas shaped waffles but otherwise the same as most, but very crowded. The pool water looked blue, not clear, and turned my girls hair green. The hot tub was not properly treated and foamed. An easy walk to the beach and over all not a bad hotel.

Rooms were wonderful, lots of space and room. love the marble bathroom. 3rd floor, best sleep well.
The elevators were dirty need to clean inside base broads,dirty. Told ladies (no English).

Everything was great, except the elevators were dirty not clean and the doors in bathroom were white. They need to wipe them down dirty. They did take care of it for me. But this should be done ever time someone leaves. They have kids and hand prints. Otherwise I love the location, everything very close. Walked a lot I will come again. Thanks.
