We did not get the chance to stay at this hotel because we were called back home unexpectedly for a medical problem and since we did not know until the morning of the day that we were to stay we had to pay the total price for the room even though we couldn't use the room. I feel there should be some sort of reimbursement for emergencies or unexpected circumstances. Most hotels give you until 4:00 pm of the day you are to arrive to cancel. This will probably keep me from using Priceline again. ...

While the exterior is clean and comfortable-enough looking, the rooms are dated and worn, and the staff difficult to deal with even when simply checking in (nobody was at front desk for over 20min, and no apologies/recognition for having kept us waiting) or checking out (double-billing and over-billing together. If you don't speak Spanish, good luck getting more than a curt one or two-word reply from any employee here, including the front desk staff. ...
