no issues with the room, but a big issue with adding a non negotiable daily $22 resort fee without any mention of it by priceline.

Great view, great location. Expect to pay more than it says on priceline.

I would recommend this hotel for anyone not looking at dropping a huge amount of cash on a luxury place. The hotel is very nice for what you pay and has great beach access and a wonderful pool area. Staff were very friendly and rooms where always clean

Staff at checkin and checkout were very friendly and helpful. room was very nice with great view of the ocean and beach. Pool and hot tub very nice Housekeeping staff very accomadating. Bed and pillows were great. Would book here again

The hotel had a great location and great staff. The view from the balcony was great and very enjoyable. They tried to make our stay comfortable. The pool and hot tub were convenient. There was no restaurant at the hotel. Two things that weren't quite up to our expectations. There was an extra $23.00 "Resort" charge "per night" above the costs given to me by Priceline that took us totally off guard to cover wifi, shuttle service,and extra amenities that wasn't available at this hotel and then the wifi didn't work in our room. Old, in need of updates and repairs, cheaply built, my room was facing the non-stop traffic of Gulf Blvd. 3 stars? How about 1/2 star. Great for college kids on a budget.

This is an older property, and the fixtures are not the latest, but is worth considering for a casual beach getaway. The location is terrific, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and feature a full kitchen. We stocked up on groceries and beverages from the stores a short distance up the road, and spent our time enjoying the sea, sun and sand. Overpriced for outdated place. Needs remodel to validate star rating and price. No hot water in guest shower, but comp'd with $40 credit toward lunch @ Don Cesar. No beach towels, no vending for ice. Valet will drive you to beach bars, but only pick up until 11pm.
