The hotel issued coupons for the continental breakfast. This was fine except the dinning area was upstairs. There was no elevator. My sister asked how disabled people would be able to get to the dinning area, and the gentleman on duty said they would accommodate them. When I came to check out, there was an elderly couple asking how to get to the dinning area, the lady behind the desk told them only by the stairs. The elderly lady could obviously not climb the stairs. Not once did the clerk offer to accommodate them. I found this to be unacceptable. Oh, you could use the coupon in their restaurant for $5 off their breakfast menu. I guess that is one way to force people to eat in the restaurant. ...
