Group Traveler
I was there to get married and I enjoyed my honeymoon night. The bedding is very comfortable and the restroom are nice and roomy. Everything was very beautiful.

The room was dirty. They didn't even care to wipe the tables.the sheets have hair and also the bathroom! Even the pad of paper has notes from the previous occupant! I wonder if they washed the towels. The front desk rep was not friendly at all.

Solo Traveler
Hotel is beautiful and still a well maintained resort considering age. We've been visiting since the late 1990's. Shops are lovely and check in was quick. Bell staff was excellent. Maids and room personnel were excellent and very hard working. Loved the luxury room facing the fountain.

Over all, this is a fantastic hotel. However, I did not thing the bathroom in the room was very clean.
However, the woman helping us could have easily solved it, but instead said it wasn't her responsibility. I finally talked with a manager who was very helpful, realized the problem was a quick fix and made the change. Much more of the "we can make it happen" philosophy I expect from a 5 star resort. ...

Very nice Hotel with lots of things to do. Close to other Hotels and activities on the strip. Non-Smokers be advised that smoking is allowed and people do smoke while gambling. Overall, a nice Hotel.
