Hotel Guest Reviews of the Bentley Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 7, 2013

Watch out. They charge you a RESORT FEE???? of $25 per day for the beach use. To use the beach and get towels you must walk all the way down to their OTHER property - 7 blocks....it's a joke. Valet parking is $30 so with a car and a forced resort fee you are paying $55 per night to start. Their prices for rooms are WAY WAY WAY overpriced for how dingy and run down they are. You must take 2 separate elevators to get to your room on floors 3 and higher. 2 separate elevators that are a long ways apart. What a joke. Do not stay here.... ...

If you are looking for 4 star don't stay here! This place is 3 star at best with poor service. Major makeover needed.

The room we got was fantastic for the price. The location was far south on Ocean Drive so it was not the best location. There is an Italian restaurant right out front on the sidewalk so you have to deal with that as you go in & out. There is a Friday's restauant in the building, but not directyly accessible. The crowd in this area was not the glamorous South Beach crowd but a combo of locals and tourists looking for a good value. The room was beautiful with a modern appliances and finishings. We were lucky to get an ocean view on the top floor which had a very nice balcony facing the ocean. If you don't get a ocean view room you can get the same view, maybe better from the pool deck which faces the ocean. Make sure you spend some time there as you can get great views and sun without the sand in your toes. The beach is a short walk across the street and through the park. We did not take advantage of the resort beach facility. Overall with the nice room & great view this was a great deal. Just try to overlook the street location and regular folks in and out of the hotel. ...

They charge extra fees which basically removes the benefit of going with Priceline.

I would definitely stay in this hotel again. The rooms had been recently renovated and its location is perfect. They have chairs for the beach and a rooftop pool.

We have Pricelined many hotels...this was not up to par. We were put in a studio on the 3rd floor...the furniture looked as though it was purchased at a garage sale. The mattress was old and not comfortable...the floor was dirty.
