Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Airport Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.October 27, 2012

It was in a quiet area. Close to the interstate. Staff knew what they are doing. I stayed a Friday night and a Saturday night for a conference. I left Saturday morning. When I returned for the night, the room I was in was clean and neat. I was not expecting that even though it was the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised.

The hotel was small and charming and most of the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. And one thing to remember them with is that they were flexible with the checkout time when we were allowed to stay for two hours more to complete some personal job.

The staff and the facility were very accommodating. The room was outstanding. Very restful. Great stop - I will stay there again for sure.

Something of a throwback to the motels of days past. It does have the advertised amenities, barely. Ice is inconveniently located only upstairs, and some rooms don't have obvious access to the lobby. Multiple stray cats on the property didn't help either. Breakfast existed; not of the caliber you might find at, say Holiday Inn Express.

AC kept the room nice and cold and the room was very quiet from all the outside noise.

the room was VERY nice! wished my bedroom at home was so nice. Had everything that was needed. People were nice and had a fair breakfast in the morning.

The room is nice, comfy, large, with a spacious closet. No elevator makes it difficult to be on the second floor, however. The ceiling fan needs to be wired up for use.
