The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Pros: great staff and the Denny's is right next door. Very convenient. Cons: location and the noise from surrounding rooms.

That they have smoking rooms...this day in age WHY?

Very friendly staff, great free breakfast. Room were clean. They should however, give you conditioner not just shampoo.

Very busy intersection, room not real clean, service was not great, so called breakfast was terrible.

I feel the the room was overpriced for what it was. I will not stay there again. Very disappoited with Best Western..

Great prices, good size room, free wifi, and free breakfast
Heaters are noisy, and hard to control the temperature you want. Mattress was lumpy, but better than par for a one star hotel.

Spacious clean rooms and a heated swimming pool.
The two women at the front desk were extremely unhelpful and rude. I was overcharged $100 on my credit card because my friend put $100 cash down on the room to be applied to the bill. This caused mass confusion for the entire staff, including the manager,

The hotel is within walking distance to downtown. The rooms are clean and spacious. There's also grassy areas because its a pet friendly hotel with a very reasonable deposit. Denny's restaurant is right next door. The hotel also offers a continental breakfast.

Needs slightly better warm breakfast items, e.g. eggs and bacon.

Known hotel chain that meets my level of expectations. I will stay here again next time. My complaints about a malfunctioning room door lock was addressed very promptly.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quite and clean. I will stay here again on my/our next trip to that area. I/we thought the price was
