Wonderful bed and bedding and impeccably clean rooms and friendly staff.
The dirty hot tub.
It seemed as though I had no mechanism for nominating the need for a disability room. On late arrival the hotel had sold out all room but the suite on the first floor and there were no elevators to the second floor. They were very accommodating and allowed my mother-in-law to stay in the suite at the regular room rate because of the lack of availability of any other rooms on the first floor.

The beds were hard as cement. Very uncomfortable. Ruined our night and the next day.
For the price I paid, I was VERY disappointed. I will never stay at a Best Western again. It was a cheap, unkept hotel. It reminded me of a dirty Motel 6
