Family Traveling with Young Children
The staff was friendly and provided a quick response when we needed items for the room. Not having a fully functioning toilet was frustrating. We had to use the lobbies restroom.

You get what you pay for. No WiFi. Told that they 'did not have permission from the franchise or from the state to have WiFi. Upgrades of flat screen TV, etc to come.

The room needed a DEEP cleaning. there was mold spots around bathroom light fixture (could be because there was no working fan), also it looked like someone threw-up on the inside of two lamp shades, there was something spilled all over the pictures, the air conditioner was decades old & loud and the TV had layers of film all over it. We would definitely NOT stay at that Best Western again. ...

Overall a good place to stay if you're traveling or need to get away from the kids for a night. The lobby was clean and decorated nicely. The staff was helpful and I didn't have any problems checking in.

You get exactly what you pay for at the Best Western, low price equals basic amenities and low quality, exactly what we expected. No complaints on what they offered. Free WiFi in hotel lobby but no wireless in the rooms, cable connection only. Continental breakfast was good with waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt (expired), mini muffins, hard boiled eggs, coffee and juice. ...

Good place to stay for the star rating. Location to malls and restaurants and downtown. hotel staff very friendly and helpful. hotel was clean and did not look worn or dated. Overall, a good choice for the weekend get away.
