Everything was okay but the public stairs and walkways were very dirty from what looked like soda stains, etc. Needs a good pressure washing.
Yes, I did not like the room location. It was at the top of the stairs and very noisey from people coming and going. I know these Hotels give you the worst room in the house when you bid for them, so I guess I got what I paid for.

Great location, easy to get around in this area and lots to do nearby. Rooms were nice, beds very comfortable. Cleaning staff very nice, front desk staff--not so much.

Staff was friendly & professional. Great restaurant/lounge right next door.
I am a non-smoker put in a smoking room and the room reeked of smoke. Very unpleasant.

Close to where we were working, clean and quiet.

We travel a lot on business. Our work usually is done at night time. We found this hotel to be convenient, quiet, and clean. The bed was comfortable. It is moderately priced.

I liked the amenities.
I did not like the small beds. I had hoped to have 1 large bed.

The hotel had friendly staff. It was convenient to the Nassau colisseum. The breafast was clean and adequate. The coffee in the lounge was not good.

great staff and the rooms were perfect. it exceeded my expectations.
the beds smelled a little bit bad.

the hotel was good. I would go there again. Just hope that the cleanliness improves.
