The daily breakfast was a terrific amenity.
It was a lot further outside of the city than we expected. You also can't turn left out of the lot, which was a pain.

Well insulated, could not hear noise coming from other rooms. There was a baby crying in the room across the hall but we didn't know it until we stepped into the hall to leave. The rooms very clean and staff very friendly and professional.
The breakfast was excellent, but the kitchen area could have been bigger.

We were happy with our stay here and if in the area again would stay here again.

The room is large and clean. The staff is very friendly and nice. We love this hotel
The location is a little bit far away from the New Orleans.

I would like to stay in Best Western again in the future for the fair price and nice room.

The room was very clean and nice. Better than I was expecting.
Nope.

I thought the staff was very nice, something you don't see often anymore. The breakfast food was good and plenty of it. The room was very nice and the bed was great. She sheet felt very sooth and the bed was comfy. I enjoyed the stay very much.

There was no room for us when we arrived there. We had to drive back home to Baton Rouge. It was a huge inconvenience as we had planned activities for the next day in New Orleans.

Will not plan a stay here again.

One of the staff members gave me a really helpful tip and directions to take the ferry and save big on parking. Excellent service!
The swimming pool was so tiny that I didn't even consider getting in it. The juice at breakfast tasted pretty bad.

This is a great hotel for the price. It is clean, well managed, friendly staff, and a robust complimentary breakfast. It is close enough to New Orleans that the drive into the city is pretty short, but you are away from the noise, congestion, and smell of the Downtown or French Quarter areas. Clean, good breakfast, safe.
Public bus system did not run all the way on weekend.

Room was clean, breakfast was very good and staff friendly We arrived by Amtrak and took bus from station to hotel. Bus service stops short on weekends about 4 miles. If you are driving parking is not a problem. Good room for the price.

Nothing bad to report!

From staying in a hotel near downtown New Orleans, which was terrible! Staying here was awesome. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioner was great, there were plenty of towels and the shower pressure was awesome!

It was a good price and the location was convenient to go into New Orleans by the ferry.
The smoke smell still lingering in the room. The staff was responsive and did come to spray the room.
