Above average continental breakfast,Very good presentation.
Overall good experience.

Hotel is located in a central area,local sights are in walking distance. Very good restaurants also in walking distance.

The staff was friendly and welcoming.
They did not have half and half for the coffee. But that seems pretty trivial, don't you think?

This hotel is convenient, has ample and easy access parking and is right along the waterfront. We were in Santa Barbara to visit Santa Barbara City College and we could not have been in a better location, it was a five minute walk from the hotel. Rooms are clean, modern and feature many conveniences such as a coffee maker and refrigerator.

The balcony gave a fairly great view of the harbor.
It faces a busy street and the traffic noise can be heard slightly with the slider window closed. Traffic dissapates about 9pm.

It's close to the attractions of downtown without being near the traffic and busy side of Santa Barbara.

The swimming pool is beautiful!Location is good, walking 5minutes to the beach.

Everything is great here! A perfect choice I must say.

the manager and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.....staff in eating area was friendly and entertaining

Best staff I have ever experienced. They went above and beyond.

It was my moms birthday and they made every effort to make her feel special. They even knew her when she checked in and wished her a happy birthday. The pool was almost as warm as a hottub which was amazing on a December night. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
