Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Bullhead City Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Solo Traveler(2) | Traveling as Couple(3)

Clean and
updated rooms.
updated rooms.
Beds not made well, bottom sheet not even covering the mattress. Skimpy breakfast, no protein offered.
The rooms were clean and modern. All of the expected amenities were in room. The staff appears to need training. Check in person was impersonal. The beds were not made very well; the bottom sheets on both beds weren't even on the mattress completely. Continental breakfast did not include a protein option.

Mostly reliable
Desk clerk had locked up when we arrived (9:30 pm) with nothing to say he would be back, or when.

Hot shower, environmental control worked, Late check in was okay.
Coffee service in the room was lame. Coffee in the lounge was weak.
Very basic hotel, but the basics all worked, that is what really counts.
