If I were visiting Dallas and needed to be close to Downtown but didn't want to pay for an upscale hotel I would stay here again without a doubt.

The location of the hotel is very close to down town Dallas (i.e. American airlines center). We saw both day and night staffs and they were both very very friendly and super helpful. The room was very nice and really clean. We will definitely stay there again.

Senior Travelers
BW Cityplace is an excellent choice for travelers who need a clean, cozy (like a small but well appointed cabin), comfortable place with excellent service, at a modest price. Not for larger groups or those who want mints on their pillows, unless you're OK with DIY. We were in town to look for a future home; stayed for a very comfortable 5 days, always glad to come back to the comforts of this room at the end of a busy day. Fridge and microwave made dining in possible. Access is easy once you map out your approach (using Fitzhugh or the highway service road), but could be tricky the first time around. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to explore north and west of the motel. Outstanding guest service from every staff member.

No safety, no parking, no security at all. Only 2 nights security officer working.

I needed to be close to a surgical center and I felt for the type of motel it was very clean and roomy. Did not get to eat at diner but it looked like good food.
