No jacuzzi.

Access to I 70 was easy, and lots of dining options close by.

carpet and furnishings.

I saw an Undercover Boss show about Best Western the night it was playing I was in this Best Western! They described their image as tired-outdated. I would agree the place is dingy and dark, but it appears clean. Not a lot of hotels in this area which are upscale. Most are a 1-2 star.

Friendly staff at all levels, not intrusive, and just nice.

Large crowd at buffet breakfast.

Well worth the money. Not a resort, but we weren't looking for one.

Off of major Interstate, friendly staff, free full breakfast.

They use card-keys. Our keys worked sometimes so it was frustrating to continue to go back to the front desk.

My wife & I like the hotel which is off of a major interstate. Although the city is small we appreciated it that way. Several quality restaurants (new Italian one recently built) and during the spring thru fall several golf courses, movies Glen Miller Park with bandshell. Several shopping center areas including JC Pennys, excellent cafeterias (MCL).

Check in was quick, room was clean, quiet and bed was comfortable. This is all I needed.

The hotel was very close to the Interstate, but it wasn't noisy with traffic. Check in was quick, room was clean, quiet and bed was comfortable. I got everything I needed fast. Breakfast was very good with everything from fresh fruit to Biscuits and gravy.
