Hotel staff rude at check when I tried to explain the road closure prevented my stay and would not try to accommodate a stay the following night without a triple price increase!

I liked the fridge in the room. I would have also liked a tiny table in the big empty corner, to put things on. I liked the computer to use in the lobby.

Group Traveler
We have stayed at this hotel before and was happy with our stay. 3 years later we came back and it has gone way down hill. The carpets are rippled in the hallways. The toilet was plugged almost the whole stay. The shower curtain didn't reach the tub so when you took a shower you flooded the floor. We told the front desk but nothing happened about it. The pool had poop in it and all around the floor. NASTY. We decided as a family we will never stay at that hotel again. ...
