Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Country Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

the pillows are like rocks, and the air conditioning goes way too long before coming back on. It gets very hot in the lapses

It was in the perfect location for our business trip. Close to good places to eat and the freeway. The price was right!
It is more of a motel. Outside entrances; we were up on the second floor with many steep stairs to climb and the walkway slanted. The noise level from both neighboring rooms and outside wasn't horrible, but it was obvious. Bed wasn't comfortable.

Easy to find, close to freeway, not too far from good food and shopping. I would say that the motel (definitely not a hotel) just barely made 2 stars. It was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The room is long, narrow and dark with furniture really squeezed in. They do have free WIFI and HBO. The bed and sofa were pretty uncomfortable, very basic motel furniture. They do have a desk and office chair, as well as a tiny refrigerator and microwave. We probably wouldn't stay again; however, if all you need is a place to stay, this was clean and bug-free and well-located. ...read more

The room was good (read the below section for what we disliked), comfortable very usable friendly. The breakfast buffet was just enough to get one's morning started.
Because we went thru Priceline for our room, we asked for a first floor room as my husband walks with a cane and has some difficulty climbing stairs. The front desk person said that he did not have any first floor rooms available and we didn't push it.

(Finishing up on the above box). Upon going to our 2nd story room, one could not help to notice the lack of a full parking lot and many dark rooms on the first floor. If we book thru Priceline again, we will ask for a first floor room for the the slightly disabled.

Great price, clean, updated rooms with fridge/flatscreen TV/great AC.
The breakfast room was poorly ventilated and VERY hot! Some outside seating would be great for those who want fresh air.

The room was very pleasant with a sofabed and a desk/chair. It was very comortable and well located. There were several restaurants within walking distance. We can't speak to the common areas as we were just there for a night.

This hotel was close to the wine area of Temecula. It was easy to get to from both the I-15 and I-215 freeways We didn't get a chance to go to old town, but it is close to that also. The hotel was the most reasonably priced in Temecula.

The only thing we enjoyed about this hotel stay is the room had a refrigerator and microwave.
We booked early and was given a horrible room. The room was smaller than what our other friends had and it was next to the main street. We had asked for all 3 rooms to be close or next to one another and they were not.

This room was expensive considering the location and amenities given. 2 thumbs down.
