Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Country Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.January 7, 2011

The staff is friendly. But there were no handicapped rooms. Also the doors to the restrooms are so small. If you are n a wheelchair you could not get in it. They really need handicap rooms.

The staff moved us but said that they should not have. The only room available was a smoking room therefore, it stunk horribly.

The room that we had on our trip was very nice. I liked how the doors to each of the rooms were on the outside so we did not have to walk through a lobby. I will definitely stay there again. It was a good hotel for the price.

After traveling all night we get to the hotel at 11 HOPING they would let us check in early (NEVER had a problem anywhere else doing that). We were very sternly told NO check in is not until 1. They were just rude all the way around. Our room was awful. It reeked of urine through the air conditioning vent (like someone had peed in it), the carpets were so dirty that I could not let my kids walk on it without shoes on, the headboard was barely hanging on the wall, and the paint was chipping everywhere. I guess you get what you pay for, but we will NEVER stay in that hotel again. TOTALLY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. ...

It was ok. I wouldn't stay there on business travel. Continental breakfast was marginal. Mattress sheets came off exposing grubby mattress.
