The staff was very helpful, no tools to help take luggage to upper floors. There are many permanent residents that live in hotel and are a little questionable and smokers every where on all levels even although the staff said they were suppose to stay in designated area not in forced.

We found this hotel be be wonderful. The service was great and the people friendly. The room was clean and quite. The morning breakfast was great and the times fit our schedule. The hot tub worked!
