Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Cozy House & Suites

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

We loved the whirlpool suite. Located right across the hall from the pool and hot tub. Our stay was very pleasant, quiet and relaxing. Located only a few miles from the Amana Colonies and multiple restaurants made this hotel very convenient.

Close to AMANA Colonies.
Room was spacious and clean, but bathroom towels were relatively stiff and dingy.

Other than towels, it was a great experience. Use more bleach, softener or buy new towels.

Our room and bathroom were clean. The common area was outdated, but comfortably decorated.
Linens were old and did not fit the bads well.

It was a safe and friendly place to stay for a "girl's shopping weekend". Beds were not particularly comfortable and linens were thread bare. Breakfast was provided, but choices were limited. They did have very good coffee available around the clock.

Nice staff, very hot hot tub and short trip to the Amana colony.
Shortage of towels.

Great place for a one day trip!

The room we stayed in was decorated cute 205 and seen 2other rooms not as nice.
The side stairway smelled of pet and seen pet food on steps.

Liked the location of the hotel. We all enjoyed the pool and we meet our son there which was home on leave from Iraq. Liked the way the hotel was decorated with the wood furnishings. If we had joining rooms I believe our stay would of been more family friendly.
