The location was ideal
I was given a smoking room which smelled awful. Found a cockroach on the wall
The hotel had great family amenities. Nice pool and plenty of covered picnic area. I was not offered a non smoking room and it reeked of smoke. I found a cockroach on the wall before I went to bed.

For the event I was attending it was convenient.
Staff was cold and non-accommodating. Asked for extra towels and was refused.
A generic Best Western hotel, relatively unremarkable. Rooms are worn. Not overly impressed nor underimpressed with the chain, this was simply a convenience.

Was able to book the room.
Was not fresh and welcoming, weemed "tired"
Room was musty and coffee only avail in the room. With the overall smell, made you wonder when coffee pot was last serviced. Booked room for 2 nights, arrived later Fiday evening and room was just not up to par so left around 9pm Saturday night. Decided we did not want to sleep in the musty smelly room.
