Best Western Denham Springs Inn

The hotel was a few miles away from my event,but I enjoyed the drive. I also knew when I got near the hotel everything I thought I needed was closed, from the bank, department store, pharmacy,and plenty of eats. The hotel itself was quite and clean, the staff tried very hard to please the guests . The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I had in awhile (for a 2-3 star hotel). the only thing I wished there was more room in the breakfast room. it was clean though

our room didnt have a remote...front desk had a spare...bathroom door locked but you could push the door open ...very tiny bathroom...no stopper for tub and front desk didnt have extra.... full size beds NOT queen...our sheet had a cig burn in it - not sure why they didnt just throw that sheet away...room stayed lit up all nite from the lights on balcony...

This hotel was clean, the room was spacious, and it was a convenient location; however, if you value your privacy, this is not a hotel I would recommend. Our room number was given out at the front desk resulting in a very rude visitor at a very early hour. I spoke to a clerk who was completely professional in handling the situation. I followed up the next day with a manager, and she said jer people would never do that. She told me they had been written up previously for that matter and would never repeat their mistakes. We had witnesses to back up the situation and she maintained that I was wrong. I was looking for an apology and assurance this would not happen again. This led me to believe the management was poor at best and had misguided faith in her staff. I felt I was indirectly being called a liar. Good location right off the interstate just outside Baton Rouge. Clean and close to several good restaurants. Will use again.

Located right off the highway so easy to get in and out of town. Great for people that do not know their way around the area.

I would like to share that this hotel is not very customer friendly. Not all things work in the rooms and they do not keep coffee in the lobby for their guests. In fact it is already put away by 9:30 a.m. The location although is easy access to everywhere in town. We personally have stayed at 2 star hotels much nicer and much more comfortable.
