Hotel advertised in advertisement that they have free shuttle but, they even inform me that I need voucher for taxi and to get free taxi from airport to hotel and back.

dirty, staff not helpful.
I believe if you're a traveling salesmen and you want to be left alone by staff...perfect place for you. Hallways were so dirty along with the elevators made you wonder when the last time they had been washed. so for that I wasn't going near the pool even tho I had planned to. Packed our suits and everything. Noway! Definitely will not stay again... wasn't worth the money I paid. Oh and the women behind the desk....you are better off calling her from your cell because she sat on the phone the entire time a few people checked in.....and informational she was not! she actually cost us cab fair when it should have been a complimentary shuttle.
