Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Downtown Sudbury Centreville
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.July 17, 2012

They saw our dog when we checked in and said nothing until Saturday night about a charge for him.

Hotel's parking is across the street and traveling alone as a woman, the hotel didn't even help me get my bags in. I arrived extremely late, yet no one helped me in the night. When I got to the room and opened my bed the sheets were wrinkled already as thought someone had slept in the bed. I went to the bathroom and the one toilet paper was not folded in the "V" like it is to indicate a clean bathroom. The toiler had milky water in it. The bathroom mirror had toothpaste spatter all over it. It didn't look like the room was cleaned from the previous occupant. I asked the front desk for a new room but they said they were full and couldn't accommodate a new room. I complained that my room was so dirty and they said they couldn't issue a refund or a credit or anything, that I would have to talk to the owner who wasn't in due to a funeral. All they did was give me the owners business card.....Considering I spent more on this hotel than I do in Toronto and larger cities like Toronto, I am incredibly disappointed.

Not a nice place to stay. Would definately pay more for a newer location. Was not happy about paying more money at checkin. I was told priceline only booked one bed.

Pool was closed, room was so very small(my guess 12 x 12). During the evening staff called our room more or less accusing us of smoking in our room. The way this was handled was very unprofessional! If they had security or more staff then they could have sent someone up to our floor to see who indeed was smoking instead of accusing someone who definitely does not smoke.
