Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Executive Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

We went to take showers in the AM on Sat. and there was water dripping from the ceiling above the toilet. By the end of 2 short showers brown water was gushing from the ceiling. The new room we moved to the tub didn't drain when you showered.

It very close to where we needed to be so we didn't have to drive alot
The bar did not open until 4. It would have been nice if it had opened at 3 which is when the check in time was.

This hotel was close to the business that we needed to go to. There was alot of construction which made things a little confusing. I am from WI so I am used to is though. Breakfast was great. If we every need to be in this vacinity we would definately stay here again.

The front desk clerk on duty about 10pm was very helpful with a missing shower curtain in the bathroom. The lady maintaining the food in the breakfast area was very friendly. Room was very neat and clean-well maintained-heat worked great over a cold night
Front desk clerk on duty when I checked in around 5/6pm was not very friendly. Not mean, just not very welcoming.

Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Small but very nice fitness room. Though there was no hotel restaurant, there was a variety of places to choose from to dine at just a few minutes drive away.
The room I was in did not have a bedspread or comforter on it, just a fairly light weight blanket. In the Fall and Winter, something a little more substantial would have been appreciated.

This hotel offered me a clean, nice, friendly place to stay just off the freeway. Room had nice amenities, including a coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator. It was close to a variety of restaurants, gas stations and even a grocery store. A large Outlet Mall is located 10 minutes away and the drive into the City of Kenosha is just a 20 minute ride.

Priceline's price when compared to rooms in the area.
Room was smaller than expected, felt cramped.

The facility was clean and the staff friendly and professional, but the room was small and cramped. There was barely enough room for my wife and I plus a simple weekend's worth of clothing/luggage. The complimentary breakfast was tasty but pretty standard and the breakfast room was tiny with few overflow seats in the adjacent bar area. We had to wait for seats on Saturday morning. The exercise room was nice, but could potentially fill up to capacity with only one treadmill, one elliptical and one stationary bike. I guess not many people use it, or else they would see a need to expand it. The location was near the highway at an major intersection filled with motels and restaurants, and about 15 minutes from downtown Kenosha and many other area attractions. There's not really anything worthwhile within walking distance, so it requires a car to get around. ...read more

Needs updating.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The place itself needs some updating. It was clean and quiet.
