Couple
It is currently undergoing renovations so much of the public spaces are closed or in disarray. It was OK for us since we did not spend a lot of time at the hotel.

This was the worst motel I've ever stayed at in my life. They stuck me in the ADA room, which had a shower, no tub. The shower flooded the entire bathroom floor every time someone used it, making a huge mess. The entire motel reeked of cigarette smoke. Staff was unwilling to move me to different room.

I would stay away from this motel. The staff was rude and made no attempts to correct anything. When we told them about the smoke in our room the general manager said the 4th floor is a smoking floor because smoke rises. The staff said just certain rooms was non smoking on the 4th floor. But we was made to use a credit card as a deposit and told if we smoke in the room we would be charged. Non of the doors had a no smoking sign on them on the 4th floor. Being an asthma sufferer I would never stay in the motel again. My asthma has been all messed up since my stay. ...

The hotel was fairly north of the city - about a 10 minute drive. Not loud at night except for the noisy people across the hall. The room itself was nice, with a nice TV. A/C worked well and wasn't too noisy. Hotel is under construction/renovation and so the main hallway was a mess. Difficult to find the breakfast area. Internet was good, but spotty and would cut-out randomly. Was placed in a smoking room even though requested non-smoking. Smoking floor was disgusting. ...

The hotel is in the middle of renovations. The location is about 20 minutes from Evansville, but close to the appointment I had. I had a couple of minor requests, which they cheerfully accommodated.

Solo Traveler
At best, this is a 1 star-economy hotel. Nice staff, but the exercise equipment was literally dangerous and the facility was in a very bad state of repair. The mattress was very hard and the linens were of poor quality. The hotel is located 9 miles outside of Evansville, but was listed as an Evansville hotel. We booked directly with a local hotel the next time we stayed in Evansville. ...
