Friendliness and courtesy of the staff.
Beds and pillows.
Would stay there again but the mattresses and pillows are Entirely Unsatisfactory!

Parking lot.
The parking was very small and the location was not convenient and not too many places have to eat at. But there is a good Mexican restaurant on the right hand side when exiting the hotel parking lot.

I felt safe in my room and going to & from my vehicle.
The cafe associated with the hotel was very slow.
The staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean and safe. I feel like the cost was appropriate. it is conveniently located by several eating establishments in the area. We would stay there again.
