We had to leave early due to my husband's illness. Priceline.com and hotel staff worked together to give me a refund on the unused night.
The parking space for our room was small & at a water downspout.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Comforter and linens were fairly new. The ice machine was close. Plenty of parking, close to restaurants and activities.

The hotel staff was friendly. The Saturday we arrived there was a hot rod show going on and it was practicually impossible to travel. It took us 3 hours to go about 9 miles.

The rooms were very clean. The manager was helpful with directions and information.
Was a little disappointed that the heated pool was not open. But then again it is just March. Hopefully by April 1st it will be open.
I was very satisfied with this hotel. It was a fabulous bargain.

The room was nice, enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub in the room.
Traffic made it tough getting into and out of the parking lot.
The room was nice, enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub in the room. Breakfast was more than I had anticipated. Bed was comfy. Staff was helpful with suggestions for dining and activities.

Nice room amenities.
Hotel was a bit far from Pigeon Forge, traffic patterns to access were a challenge, 200 teenagers staying in hotel for a conference were load at times late at night.
Excellent value for the money. Clean and very comfortable.
