Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(11) | Solo Traveler(9) | Traveling as Couple(21) | Family with Young Children(12) | Family with Teens(14) | Group Traveler(4)

The location is ideal but would rather drive due to the condition of the hotel.
room was not clean, matress has a valley in the middle, bathroom was not flushed when we checked in our room, TV had terrible reception and we listened to kids running down the hallway...

The location, the firm, clean mattresses and the hot breakfast.
I didn't care for how no food or drinks are allowed in the pool area. I would expect glass bottles to be forbidden, but didn't really see why cans of soda weren't allowed or snacks. The kids did not like that there was no WiFi in the room.
I would recommend this hotel for someone wanting a clean, comfortable place to stay for a reasonable rate. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly.

The room was very small. There was construction going on in almost every hallway??

Older rooms, but still VERY clean. Staff was super, breakfast was amazing, and the location can't be beat!

Great downtown location
Near a lot of bars -- we were awakened from 1-4 a.m. Glass in the parking lot, and college students live here. Not a new hotel -- tv was old, no refrigerator. Not a good hot breakfast and no oatmeal.
Great downtown location. Didn't like anything else. Old room, old tv, college students live here as a dorm, near the bars so floor was loud all night. Very weak breakfast including no oatmeal.

the amazing view of the lake was the best
the shower the hot water wasn't hot and the beds weren't comfortable, lumpy to be exact, the hot tub was not working and there was no coffee in the morning
the boat house restuarant just down the street has the best food for the price highly recommend the 2 block walk and the shops around the motel were wonderful. The view is amazing, but the bed wasn't very comfortable there wasn't hot water and no coffee for breakfast they ran out by 8 and breakfast started at 7, but all and all it was a good hotel to be in for the price

The Hotel was clean and had a good breakfast buffet included in the room rate.
The location is not in a good area. The room that we got was by the main road not the harbor view that was advertised. I can hear all the traffic including police cars and ambulances (was really annoying).

It's a poor setup to get from the room to breakfast in the lobby. The elevators are slow and the halls are dingy.
